Our paper, A Comprehensive Study on Deep Learning Bug Characteristics, was presented at ESEC/FSE 2019. It examines the kinds of faults that arise in deep learning software and how they differ from faults in traditional programs, and it has helped shape how the community studies reliability in deep learning.
