2017 Midwest Big Data Summer School, a success!

The 2017 Midwest Big Data Summer School held from July 10-14, 2017 in Ames, Iowa on Iowa State University campus was another successful edition.
Over 145 participants registered for the event from across Midwestern Universities (and some from outside Midwest).
The 2017 edition consisted of a common track for all participants for the first three days followed by two tracks on digital agriculture and data science.
This edition was co-oranized by Hridesh Rajan, Pavan Aduri, Adisak Sukul, Eric Weber, Eric Rozier, Erin Mullenix, and Barbara Smith. Thanks to our supporters from Kingland Systems, VPR office, College of LAS, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and Departments of Computer Science and Statistics.
